Explainer Video: The Art and Effort of Ballet
This project focused on creating a motion design explainer video that dives into the world of ballet, showing the dedication, pain, and elegance it takes to become a skilled dancer. The video combined graphics, typography, and real ballet footage to highlight both the history of ballet and the effort it demands.
The main goal was to capture the beauty and complexity of ballet, blending motion design with real-life scenes to tell a complete story. I wanted to show not just the elegance, but the hard work and perseverance behind it. Along the way, I also learned new skills in After Effects and film editing, which helped bring the story to life visually.
The project tied together my personal passion for dance and my interest in motion design, making it meaningful on multiple levels. In the end, the video aimed to inspire a deeper appreciation for the art of ballet, while showcasing the challenges dancers face and the grace they achieve.
